As of March 15, people with disabilities and other conditions that put them at high-risk for COVID are eligible to sign up for a vaccine in California, and people can self-attest that you are in a high-risk category rather than having to track down medical documentation.
High-risk conditions include diabetes, heart or lung conditions, pregnancy, higher weight, and more. All IHSS consumers and Regional Center clients are eligible, and in San Francisco and Alameda County, all unhoused people and incarcerated people are eligible.
If you would like help finding a vaccination appointment or if you have questions, OR if you’d like to volunteer to help people find appointments, please email SDAvaccinehelp@gmail.com.
